Гумонбаршуда, айбдоршавандагони ноболиғ чунин ҳуқуқҳо доранд:
- аз лаҳзаи воқеан дастгир шудан бетаъхир аз хизмати ҳимоятгар истифода баранд, бе мамониат бо ҳимоятгар як ба як мулоқот кунанд;
- нишондод диҳанд ё надиҳад ва дар ин бора пеш аз пурсиш хабардор карда шавад;
- донанд, ки барои чӣ гумонбар шудаанд;
- нусхаи протоколи дастгиршавӣ ё қарорро оид ба татбиқи чораи пешгирӣ гиранд;
- бо забони модарӣ ё забони дигаре, ки медонанд, нишондод диҳад;
- аз хизмати тарҷумон ройгон истифода барад;
